Submission of Request for Documents (RFD)
Via Online Request for Documents facility for the following documents:
- Transcript of Records
- Certifications
- Certified True Copy of Diploma
- Special Handling (e.g. WES, LSAC)
Via for the following documents:
- Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
- Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV Requests)
- Certified True Copy for Course Syllabus
- Certified True Copy of Flowchart

Please note that processing time of documents is distinct from the delivery time. Once documents聽are released to the courier, delivery status can be tracked via the courier website.

To provide an effortless experience to requesting parties, the mode of release for documents shall primarily be by courier.

This is by appointment only. The instructions on scheduling an appointment is indicated in the confirmation email once order is successfully submitted via the Online Request for Documents facility.
