Vision
We aim to provide relevant programs with emphasis on management of innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability. This can be achieved by training students to be adaptive to technological advances and changing business and social conditions.
Mission
- To develop individuals to become technically proficient and competent innovative leaders and future successful entrepreneurs.
- To develop a learner-centered environment that will allow students to be adaptive to technological advances and changing business and social conditions for sustainability.
- To instill Lasallian values and critical and creative thinking in research, opportunity seeking, systems thinking, and decision-making.
- To engage students and faculty to contribute to the development of the country through social innovation.
- To conduct research, training and consulting activities that will help business organizations become robust organizations that could serve as engines of economic growth and development.
- To actively engage government and business leaders in the formulation of policies meant to enhance the innovative capacity, competitiveness, and social responsibility of Filipino firms.
Guided by the Vision and Mission, the Department is committed:
- to excel in teaching entrepreneurship, business management and interdisciplinary studies through the constant development, refinement and implementation of undergraduate programs, curricula responsive to the needs of the society and challenges of emerging global trends and through the pioneering development and implementation of world-class graduate and post graduate programs in entrepreneurship, business management and interdisciplinary studies;
- to insinuate quality business research activities through the continuous enhancement of the research capabilities of its faculty; and
- to serve as a resource for the community in molding socially-responsible future entrepreneurs and business mappers through the ethical application of socially accepted business concepts and practices.
