- I do not know how to log in to my ANIMO.sys account. I can鈥檛 remember my User ID and Password

- If you are a Dean鈥檚 Lister, a change of grade may have been processed for you.听 It is likely that Your enrollment appointment was created before the processing of your change grade.
- Coordinate with the听Office of the University Registrar (OUR)听to have your enrollment appointment revised.
- Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and upload the scanned/image copy of the screenshot of the error message you are encountering.

- I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou are unable to enroll in this class at this time. Available seats are reserved and you do not meet the reserve capacity requirements.鈥
- If you are a Shiftee, make sure that your degree program is updated in your Animo.sys account.
- If your degree program is not yet updated, coordinate with the听Office of the University Registrar (OUR).
- If you are planning to enroll in classes offered by a college other than your own, check the Online Enrollment/Adjustment Schedule for the schedule of inter-college enrollment:

- If you are a Shiftee, make sure that your degree program is updated in your Animo.sys account.

- To view your clearance record in MLS, click听View Clearance听to check the hold/s on your record.
- To view your clearance record in Animo.sys,
- Under听Self Service, click on the听Student Center.
- On the right, below Search for Classes, there is a Holds area. Click on each hold record. There should be one with a 鈥Block All Enrollment Activity鈥 hold type.
- Coordinate with the office where you have a hold record with 鈥Block All Enrollment Activity鈥 hold type.
- Once the concerned office removes the 鈥Block All Enrollment Activity鈥, you will be able to enroll right away.
- Coordinate with the department/s or office/s where you have uncleared record/s.
