Animo.sys account FAQs

  1. I do not know how to log in to my ANIMO.sys account. I can鈥檛 remember my User ID and Password
    • Go to听
    • Log in using your Active Directory (AD) account and Password.

  2. I cannot log in to my ANIMO.sys account. After I enter my User ID and Password, the page simply reloads and asks me again to enter my User ID and Password
    • For Returnees, please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO) about your intention to enroll.
    • For enrolled students:
      • Make sure that your AD account is activated and you鈥檙e able to log in to it through the
      • Log in to your ANIMO.sys account.
      • If you still can鈥檛 log in to ANIMO.sys, change your password in the . Try to log in again to your ANIMO.sys account using your new password.

  3. I cannot log in to my ANIMO.sys but CAN log in to my AD account
    • Change your password in the . Log in again to your 听ANIMO.sys account using your new password.

  4. The enrollment appointment in Animo.sys does not display the correct date and time of my scheduled enrollment based on the听Undergraduate Studies,听Graduate Studies,听College of Law听Online Enrollment/Adjustment Schedule.
    • If you are a Dean鈥檚 Lister, a change of grade may have been processed for you.听 It is likely that Your enrollment appointment was created before the processing of your change grade.
    • Coordinate with the听Office of the University Registrar (OUR)听to have your enrollment appointment revised.
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and upload the scanned/image copy of the screenshot of the error message you are encountering.

  5. I cannot search for the class I want to enroll in. When searching for classes, search results do not match criteria specified
    • To view course offerings, go to听
    • Make sure that the correct parameters are used for searching.
    • It is possible that the search was made for open classes, and the class you want to enroll in is already closed.
    • It is also possible that the class you want to enroll in is not offered. Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO).

  6. I cannot enroll, class is full in Animo.sys but still open in MLS.
    • Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO).

  7. I am already enrolled but my enrolled course/s was/were deleted.
    • Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO).

  8. I am encountering an 鈥淎uthorization Error鈥 message
    • Retype in your Internet browser:听. Log in again, and the error should no longer be displayed.
    • If the above step does not resolve the error, delete your browser鈥檚 cache

    And login again


  9. I am encountering the error 鈥淐an鈥檛 enroll <Course Code><Sect>鈥
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and provide the course code and section you are enrolling.

  10. I am encountering the error听 鈥淐lass 9999 is full. If a wait list is available, click Add Another Class to return to Step 1.鈥
    • You can no longer enroll in that class because it is full. You can either:
      • Enroll in a different class
      • Wait for one of the enrolled students to drop from the class, then enroll in this class.

  11. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou have already taken this class.听 You have now exceeded the repeatable limit for this class.听 Verify that this class will apply toward your course of study.鈥
    • You were enrolled in the class.听 ANIMO.sys just issues this message as a warning, to inform you that you may have previously enrolled in this class.听 If you intend to pursue your enrollment in the class, there is no need to mind the warning.

  12. I am encountering the error 鈥淐an鈥檛 proceed to step 2 of 3鈥
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and provide the course code and section you are enrolling.

  13. I am encountering the error 鈥淣on-associated related class component LEC鈥
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and upload the scanned/image copy of the screenshot of the error message you are encountering.

  14. I am encountering the error 鈥淣ot processed due to system error. The Class Association record was not found on the Class Association Table. No transaction requests were processed.鈥

  18. I am encountering the error 鈥淯nit limit exceeded for appointment period. The class transaction was not processed. Adding the class would exceed the unit limit allowed for the appointment period.鈥
    • If you are adding a class during the Dropping Period, this is not allowed. The Dropping Period is exclusively for dropping of classes.

  19. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou are already enrolled in this class.鈥
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and provide the course code and section you are enrolling.

  20. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou are not registered for classes in this term鈥
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and upload the scanned/image copy of the screenshot of the error message you are encountering.

  21. I am encountering the error 鈥 You are not term activated.鈥
    • You are accessing the wrong facility. Click the听Enrollment听and not the听Course Enlistment
    • To enroll, follow the steps below:
      • Log in to听
      • Click听Self Service
      • Click听Enrollment
      • Click听Add Classes
      • Type听Class Number
        • Note: The Class Number is a听 unique identifier for each course code and section that can be viewed in听
      • Click听Next听to continue adding classes, type the class number
      • Click听Proceed To Step 2 Of 3
      • Click听Finish Enrolling

  22. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou are unable to enroll in this class at this time. Available seats are reserved and you do not meet the reserve capacity requirements.鈥
    • If you are a Shiftee, make sure that your degree program is updated in your Animo.sys account.
      • If your degree program is not yet updated, coordinate with the听Office of the University Registrar (OUR).
    • If you are planning to enroll in classes offered by a college other than your own, check the Online Enrollment/Adjustment Schedule for the schedule of inter-college enrollment:
      • Undergraduate Studies
      • Graduate Studies
      • College of Law
    • Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO).

  23. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou cannot add this class due to time conflict with class 999. Select another class.鈥
    • Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO).

  24. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou cannot drop this class at this time. You do not have an enrollment appointment and open enrollment has not begun.
    • Please check your schedule in the Online Enrollment/Adjustment Schedule below:
      • Undergraduate Studies
      • Graduate Studies
      • College of Law
    • Coordinate with the听Office of the University Registrar (OUR), if the current date is within the Dropping Period.

  25. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou do not have a valid enrollment appointment at this time.鈥
    • Check your schedule in the Online Enrollment/Adjustment Schedule below:
      • Undergraduate Studies
      • Graduate Studies
      • College of Law
    • Coordinate with the听Office of the University Registrar (OUR)听to verify if you are on the Dean鈥檚 List or List of Advance Enrollees.
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and upload the scanned/image copy of the screenshot of the error message you are encountering.

  26. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou do not have access to enrollment at this time.鈥
    • Please check your schedule in the Online Enrollment/Adjustment Schedule below:
      • Undergraduate Studies
      • Graduate Studies
      • College of Law
    • Coordinate with the听Office of the University Registrar (OUR)听to be given an enrollment appointment.
    • Fill out the听ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys)听and upload the scanned/image copy of the screenshot of the error message you are encountering.

  27. I am encountering the error 鈥淵ou have a hold record on your account.鈥
    • Check your clearance record in MLS and Animo.Sys
    • To view your clearance record in MLS, click听View Clearance听to check the hold/s on your record.
    • To view your clearance record in Animo.sys,
      • Under听Self Service, click on the听Student Center.
      • On the right, below Search for Classes, there is a Holds area. Click on each hold record. There should be one with a 鈥Block All Enrollment Activity鈥 hold type.
      • Coordinate with the office where you have a hold record with 鈥Block All Enrollment Activity鈥 hold type.
      • Once the concerned office removes the 鈥Block All Enrollment Activity鈥, you will be able to enroll right away.
    • Coordinate with the department/s or office/s where you have uncleared record/s.
